Sniperr provides digital configuration files and related support services for the Cronus Zen controller adapter. Our products include downloadable script files (.gpc), setup tutorials, community access, and optional custom configuration services.
All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase. Access to downloads, tutorials, and community features is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once you have accessed or downloaded the product, the transaction is complete and non-reversible.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with instant access and that you waive any right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
Our VIP Custom Build service provides a done-for-you configuration compiled to your exact specifications. Delivery is within 24 hours of submission. If the delivered file does not work as expected on your setup, we will provide uninterrupted support until it does. This does not constitute grounds for a refund — we guarantee functionality through continued support, not monetary return.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your digital product is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to all products and services, ban the associated account, and pursue appropriate remedies including reporting fraud to the payment processor.
Products are licensed for personal, individual use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly upload any purchased files. Violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Our products are controller configuration tools for legally available hardware. We make no guarantees about third-party platform policies. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.
Purchased products include free lifetime updates. We aim to provide updates within 24 hours of relevant game patches, but do not guarantee specific timelines.
