For VIP Custom Build orders: if the delivered file does not work correctly on your specific setup, we will continue working with you and rebuilding the file until it functions perfectly. This is our performance guarantee — not a refund guarantee.
Please ensure you have a compatible Cronus Zen device before purchasing. Our scripts require the Cronus Zen hardware adapter to function. We cannot refund purchases made without the required hardware.
Filing a chargeback after receiving a working digital product is considered fraudulent. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be permanently banned and reported to the payment processor.
